I would appreciate advice from those in the NHS. Is it possible to get a virtual interview for NHS Band 5 upwards, as most interviews include an assessment? Secondly, is it possible to be successful/receive a job offer also based on the virtual interview?
I received five interviews last week; 4 refused a virtual interview, and one agreed. However, I didn't get the offer, and the feedback I received was that I was the second best. It was a slight difference between me and the candidate selected majorly because my assessment was mainly the issue, as they couldn't view what I was doing.
Most of my interviews are about 14 hours away; I intend to relocate. There is little to nothing in my location.
