Hi all so I've just ordered two of these; has anyone used them? I've got one for my dc (adhd, school EBSA) and one for me (see previous 😂) as I thought it was worth a try. Any experiences?

Bumping for you op :)

What do they do?

Phase2 · 07/10/2024 22:14

Thank you. It's like a handheld device that should assist with sleep.

I ordered two & unfortunately felt like I had been scammed. The buzzing felt like mini electric shocks.I threw them out.

Oh no! Interesting I watched a review by someone who found them hard and persisted. I'm interested in trying something different.

So I'm still waiting - it seems to be in China and has been from the start despite Facebook saying they are in Australia. I commented on a Facebook post to say I was regretting it due to delay and spammy number of emails and they deleted my comment. So I'm thinking of doing a reverse transaction of it doesn't appear. After I bought it (3-5 days Royal Mail) I got a message saying something like demand was high and to allow 11 days.

Hi @Phase2 have they turned up yet? Interested to know if they help with insomnia…

Phase2 · 11/11/2024 10:20

Hello yes they have. One remains unopened and none of us like them. I thought it might be a relaxing pulsing like a mini massage ? It's more like the crackle of a static shock. My hand felt numb after using it and I think they were pointless tbh. Wasted £80 or whatever I paid.

Oooo that doesn’t sound good. Think I’ll hold off on that! Thanks for coming back & updating 🙂

They are like mini shocks that divert the stress pulses in your brain apparently. I do use mine sometimes but I was annoyed because I ordered it from calm carry and it arrived in Temu packaging!

soberfabulous · 11/11/2024 15:24

Ordered one in August . It hasn't arrived.

Emailed the company who just provided a refund saying there was a problem with shipping (but wouldn't say what that was.)

As a life long insomniac I had high hopes!

Well I have a spare one unwrapped and an uncharged one. Definitely not worth it for us. Really not surprised at the positive comments online I've started getting really sceptical about that kind of thing.

lol I am not getting in contact again, was plagued by email offers after I ordered and then asked to amend my review.

Did not work for us, it was a waste of money, and I don't think the little electroshocks that this produce is calming. My ADHD DC didn't likt it a bit, I tried myself and I must admit it's doesn't do it for me either.

MoonUnit27 · 21/08/2025 15:16

Wish I had looked here before I ordered. I thought it would be a gently buzz, but it is literally an electric shock. It is supposed to start on the lowest setting and you can ramp it up, but I cannot believe this is working right. It really feels like a strong shock through the hand and up into the fingers. What I don't understand is why you can only feel it when it is on a particular point on your hand - surely if it was a true electric shock then you would feel it wherever it was.
