Hi,
I developed a headache 7 days post partum. I am now on day 14 PP. Everything else has been ruled out ( eclampsia etc) I feel like it is getting slightly better and I am able to do more at home. I still need to lay down often as get dizzy and headache returns.
the anaesthetist suggested conservative management for another week. If still present or getting worse I am to get a blood patch.
my questions are:
is it likely to be an epidural issue if it developed 6-7 days pp? I know google says it is possible but just wondered what everyone here experienced.
if you didnt get a blood patch and had the same issue. How long did it take for it to fully settle?
