Inspirational quotes

I'm starting a new job soon, in a field that I've dreamt about working in since my 20s. I've been asked to come up with an inspirational quote. The one that I've developed a connection with is

"If the wind doesn't serve, take the oars."

It seems to get a marmite reaction though from the people I've run it past. Curious to know what other people think of it. The only other quote that has really helped me in my life is, "pull yourself together" (my mum).

The Maya Angelou quote:

Can be true in both a personal and professional environment.

Do you have Instagram? Search on there, there are countless quotes to sift through. Some are cheap, but some can be really profound. Worth a go.

I like the one you have OP. What's the theme though, is it perseverance, leadership, teamwork? Its hard to suggest something without context.

The job is for a trainer in a gym. This quote is one that has really spoken to me this year. The theme of digging deep and using inner resources is something that I think a lot of trainers use.
