Decorator etiquette?

Never hired a decorator before but got a few coming tomorrow. They’re doing 2 of 3 upstairs room and the living room and upstairs landing.
The kitchen is connected to the living room, and I’m just sitting here thinking I’m not sure what I’m meant to be doing while they’re here!

Do I just have to try and stay in the one room that’s not being decorated? Do I take myself out for the day and just leave them? Apologies this probably sounds stupid!

If you are happy to go out for the day and leave them to it, they will probably appreciate it.
I have used the same decorator three times. I go to work when she arrives and give her a key so she can come and go as she wants and buy her favourite juice and chocolate biscuits to make sure that she will continue to help me when I need her.
