Depo injection

Hi,
I had a depo injection once on the 7th may 2024, which stopped my periods and i still havent had one. The second was due the last week of July/beginning of August but I didn't have it done. I had spotting (light pink when I wiped on 25th september and the following day brown spotting once) I've had nothing since. I've been doing ovulation tests but all very faint lines so it doesn't say I'm ovulating. I've been doing pregnancy tests which was negative except from one test on the 4th october which was positive around 12pm which was 2 pink lines. Since then ive had negative tests. I've had nausea, heartburn, tiredness, achy, and headaches, which I don't know is related or not.

Has anyone had this issue after one depo injection? With the faint positive etc after one depo injection? Was you pregnant or not? Has anyone had one depo injection and fell pregnant quickly?

Hi I finished Depo 18 months ago feb 2023 my periods back end of June 2023. They came back pretty regular but I wasn’t tracking ovulation. I missed my period for two months and got a false positive on clearblue digital :( I definitely wasn’t pregnant unfortunately. Since the end of last year I’ve been tracking ovulation, periods seem to be regular but then I miss a month and they come back (!) I’ve only ovulated about three times. I started taking fresoul inositol earlier this year to help regulate and I’ve noticed I ovulate later in my cycle. I’m sorry to say this but you’ll need to give your body time to adjust Depo is definitely not something that has a quick recovery back to fertility.

Hi! I am going through similar my last hag was sept 24 and while i have had periods they are very irregular and I have missed one. Definitely not pregnant. I only had one dose of the jag, can it really affect for so long ? How are you now ?
