As the title says, I'm hosting a family gathering at our home next weekend at 1.30 - 4pm ish. There will be vegans, veggies and gluten-free among them - mostly adults, but some young teens.
I'm ordering entertaining food from Waitrose (sandwich platters, including gluten-free ones, sushi platters, fruit kebabs, potato salad + coleslaw ) and topping up with extras ( like frozen veggie spring rolls, nibbles, chips and dips, olives etc).
I want to make it easy with paper plates / cups etc as also have my ailing dad staying with us that weekend.
Can anyone help with amounts I should order and any sweet / cakes ideas?
And any tips for making it as easy as possible - like timings of when to put things out / tips for making loads of teas etc?
