Slow cooker recommendations?

I need a slow cooker, never had one before. Busy family and need to make mealtimes a lot easier than a mad rush in evening etc. We love hearty meals so I know one will be ideal for us. I want a ceramic or stainless steel, I saw a Crockpot on Argos for £35 had decent reviews, I don't want to spend loads, max around £50?! Want it to be around 6ltrs to

I bought this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Crock-Pot. It's slightly bigger than our old one but it's used every week (planning to use it today). Couldn't do without one.

get the sear and stew - inner bit can go on the hob then for starting off or reducing at end.
