Is my toddlers poo normal?

Hey, so my 3 year old has all of a sudden started having sloppy poo.

bit of a back story so this started Saturday last weekend, she had previously not had a poo for 5 days which isn’t normal for her she normally goes once every 3days which I know also isn’t normal but she’s a very picky eater and hardly eats fruit or veg.

The Saturday she finally went while at her dads and he said it was a normal solid sausage like poo which was bigish and took her an hour to get it out, but a few hours after once she was back home she had another poo but this time it was soft and mushy with quite alot of it, I did think okay maybe she was backed up, but since then shes been going one or two every other day and some sloppy with mucus and some more formed, should I be worried about impacted stool? Or is this her way of just clearing herself out? She’s absolutely fine within her self no temp or pain so just wondering if a lot of toddlers have poo like this and I’m just overthinking coz she normally is constipated.

her diet does consist of a lot of sugars, like smoothies, biscuits, chocolate as she’s very fussy and won’t eat the good stuff. Sorry it’s quite a long post.
