I have lost track but probably about a year ago. I was posting alot about My teen ds. The aggression. Mental health stuff, suicide attempt . Etc etc.

I was just thinking things have really moved forward for the better. We now have little chats. Watch a little tv together . Play song quize. Go out for a meal . Even adult ds has noticed and feels better about him.

Won't mean much to others but it actually feels amazing to me.🥰

Why is it I say something nice . Say things are going good etc. Then the same person I'm praising keeps me up best part of the night . I swear I jinx everything.

Yeah it oissed me off because I was so tired. Told him 3/4 times. But yeah things are better . Uts just typical when it's mentioned something gos wrong. Abd yeah it's typical teem stuff last night.

No tips I'm afraid. I think camhs helped quite a bit . I think some of it he's naturally matured a bit. He's also in supported accommodation which allows space when it's needed etc.
