Does anyone have it where like every 3rd period is really heavy and painful. My periods are regular but longish (8days) and heavy (I'm on blood thinners). They are mainly manageable and not to painful but I find about every 3rd month I get really bad pms/pmt, hormonal migraines, painful period, heavier then normal and I find it really hard to manage life around it. I'm on ferrous fumarate for anemia I'm not currently on birth control as I'm really limited to what I can have due to medical history so can't have anything with oestrogen in. Iv tried the implant in arm and the mini pill both made my mh worse. I don't want to try coil as I was SA as a child. I'm 23 and have 2 children. I wondered if anyone else experiences this and if anyone has any advice. I don't think its pcos or endometriosis as its only bad every 3 months but I don't know
