I had covid 2 weeks ago and lost my appetite. I still dont have a proper appetite and can only eat snacks. How long does this last

It could be months.

Could take the best part of a year

Blimey why so long? I feel ok apart from that and still get a sore throat. If it takes so long does that mean its long covid? At least i am eating and make sure what i am eating is healthy and nutritious. Things like chicken soup or porridge o and eggs. I was hoping this would only last a month i still get very sore throat but only when i wake up. My other covid symptoms have gone ĺike headache and nausea and sore joiñts

My appetite and taste came back within a few weeks.

I lost mine for six months - back to normal stuffing my face now

So its different for each individual. I started aching again this morning only slighy amd did another test and its still negative. I think im panicking too much over this
