Hey everyone, my little guy is 8 weeks old and he's having trouble getting poo out. Once he manages to get it out , the poo isn't hard(sorry for over share) should I change formula to a specialized one for constipation?

I don't think there is a special formula for constipation.

And if his poo is soft, he isn't constipated.

Babies often look like they're struggling with this but it's normal.
