Hi,
Bought some earphones nearly 2 years ago and so they are still
under warranty. The loop which goes over the ear has snapped but JL say this isn't covered because it's 'damage'. They say the warranty only covers them if they stopped working and I needed to get their extra coverage for this. Does anyone know if this is right? They aren't meant to get damaged by taking them off, are they? To me that's a design/manufacture weakness.
Thanks in advance

Did you pay for them with a crédit card? If so, claim on that saying JL have refused refund.

Thanks. Unfortunately it was Apple Pay. It's not that they were massively expensive - I'm just getting fed up of buying things which break easily or you can't get replacement parts for and the shops just take a ' not my problem ' attitude.
