My three year old has always been an early riser starting the day at 51.15/5.30. On occasion we might be treated to 5.45.
This is regardless of early or late bed and no nap for a long time now.
Recently it has worsened and is now 4.30am and we don’t know what to do.
she is not allowed to get up until 6am but this hasn’t helped at all.
any ideas?
