Hello,
I recently ordered a dress on Vinted. A size 8.
When it arrived it is clearly a size 6.
I notified the seller immediately and stated that I had an issue.
The seller didn't respond. I contacted Vinted.
I've now been told I need to return the item - and pay the postage.
Surely this isn't fair when the fault is entirely with the seller.
Surely I should have some rights/protection when it was entirely the sellers fsult
Has anybody any experience.
