Wet Nipples!?

Since I had my son 15 months ago, I keep getting a feeling that both my nipples are leaking or are wet - but when I check, there's nothing there! I can see a veeerrryyyy small amount of liquid (sometimes looks clear, sometimes cloudy) when I squeeze them. But it's driving me mad! Doesn't leave any marks on clothes, doesn't pour out, doesn't even drip, but I feel it there!

They've not really looked the same since I had him, bumps are still there around the nipples, quite pronounced. I didn't breastfeed either!

Has anyone else had this? I've got an appointment to see a GP in a couple of weeks but I do have a bit of health anxiety, looking for others who have experienced this?

Any discharge from nipples outwith breastfeeding/pregnancy needs checking out, def ask the GP to investigate.
