Hi everyone, my family are looking to move to UK next year, and we are looking at areas which will have good work opportunities for my husband (Supply Chain) and good schools for my children (age 6 and 10 - so also considering secondary schools for oldest). House budget approx 300k. We were looking at Derbyshire as the housing seems like good value for money, but I don't know much about the areas. Swadlincote and Alfreton look nice, not sure what are good areas within these? Are there any nice small villages just outside of Chesterfield? Safety is also a priority.
