Problem with online order

I bought some Xmas presents for my daughter from Claire’s, paid on the 7th of September and still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed Claire’s 4 times and never get a response. Their customer service seems non existent. I would do a charge back but I used a voucher towards the cost so will lose out on that money. Anyone have any advice what else I can do rather than just write off the money?

Do you have a branch near to you that you could call into ? Or a telephone number or some other way of contacting them ?
You only mentioned e mail , might be worth seeing if they have any other forms of communication?
Hope you can sort it out

the website has no other way to contact just an email address i haven’t called any stores as i purchased online so didn’t think a store would be able to help but will try tomorrow i guess worth a try thanks

Do they have a social media presence usually twitter gets a response from companies.

I was going to suggest X ( previously Twitter ) as people on mumsnet have said it works for other companies who ignore their customers
The branch may have a number they could give you , but I know that's a long shot and probably faff for you getting to the branch and they might fob you off anyway as it was bought on line.
