Has anyone else tried these?
I am peri and use a low dose of HRT. Which is working fine but I seem to have upped my coffee consumption over the past year or so and I am sick of the afternoon slump (I can’t drink caffeine after 2pm as it keeps me awake At night). I don’t take any other medicine.
I tried matcha tea (one of those ones with mushrooms) and it’s crazy how quick/well it’s worked. I feel more alert and less tired. No afternoon slump. I’m not that keen on the taste (it’s not unpleasant but I don’t think it’s savoury enough for me - I’d prefer soup flavour) and my mouth is very dry. But I feel chirpier (having a rough time at the minute) and the world seems brighter.
Has anyone else tried it? If so what ones? It’s bloody expensive but it’s worth it, to me, as it’s made such a difference.
