Hi
Bare with me. I need to drop family off at Gatwick for a 4 am flight. Is there a drop off area? Is it free?

I'll be coming up from the south coast.

It is v easy to find but it costs £5. You need to pay online afterwards. If you want a free option drive to the long stay car park and they can get the shuttle bus in.

Thanks. Does the shuttle bus work 24 hours a day?

Shuttle buses operate whenever there are flights but will be less frequent at that time. For a lower stress option and faster journey time to the terminal just pay the £5

Shuttle bus is 24 hours and very convenient. Every15 minutes or so.

Shuttle buses run all night but obviously takes a bit longer so leave more time.

Thanks. I guess I'll do the drop off.

If you see the bus moving around the car park, take them to the last bus stop straight away! They really do keep running all night, your lot won't be the only ones going for a 6am flight.
