I haven't watched the clip above, yet, but I am old enough to remember having seen it on TV, and yes, WOW. I knew a few words to a few of his songs but I'd never seen him in action at that point.

An amazing life.

Now I remember why I know a bit about his history. I saw a programme about him, probably on PBS America channel, although I know they usually do history and wars. A friend rang me to say it was on - a few years ago.

I’m so pleased to see others mourning the loss of this beautiful man. I thought I might be the only one. RIP Kris. And thanks.

when i read it i was saw i read he was 69 and i was so shocked
then i reread, he was 88.
