Brought something off vinted. Condition was listed as 'very good '. Looked on great condition in the photos and in description it said 'worn once'. Item arrived with 3 yellow stains. I put in a dispute a few days ago but seller has not responded. Does anyone know what happens if they don't respond? Are they given a timescale?
