Have your DC teacher had to speak to you about behaviour?

At my DCs primary school it seems that majority of behaviour across all classes is quite good which I'm grateful for. Over the years a few times I have seen the teacher call over a few parents to talk to them about something their DC did that day. Last week I noticed the headteacher come out to speak to one of the parents which I haven't seen before.

My DC has told me on a few occasions he had to miss some of his break for being to noisy or chatty etc but luckily have yet to have a teachers chat about his behaviour!

Just generally nosy and curious as to how many time this has happened to you, and I wonder what the trigger is for teachers to decide this needs to be discussed with the parent.
