As above, dd is really struggling with this and it has lasted 1 week now. Feels ok in the daytime but awful in the morning, and is sometimes sick. Can feel worse in the evening too.
Does appear to be anxiety related at present and gp has ruled out appendicitis etc. Not pregnant.
