How did you cope throughout the 9/10 month sleep regression?

Hello,

I think my baby (who will be turning 10M tomorrow) is going through a sleep regression.

She keeps waking up in the night (1-2ish hours) is very irritable (things such as cleaning her face or her nose really make her cry at the moment) she doesn't really want to play much etc.

How can I help her and what can I do? I'm really struggling as it feels constant. She just got through the worst of a virus and now this (I guess that's motherhood for you) but is there anything I should or shouldn't do?

I'm trying not to pick up any soothing techniques that I can't continue long term as I've heard that they can be hard to break after the regression.

Not sure if it's teething? She won't let me look at her top two teeth. Her bottom two cut through a few weeks (1m+?) ago. She keeps putting her head down on the mattress and her body up.

She keeps doing a headstand (also known as a downward dog?) in the cot whenever it's time for a nap or sleep and whilst doing this she usually cries.

It's hard, I feel awful from the lack of sleep and I just need some tips/advice please.

Thanks
