Food thermos that is microwave friendly?

Is there such a thing? I'd love to be able to warm up my lunch, stick a lid on and go. I presume it's not possible, but I just wanted to check that I'm not missing a trick!

Food flasks are a thing but you need to heat the food up first and put it in the flask. You can find them at most Supermarkets, they have a much wider mouth than a normal flask and come with a bowl lid and folding spoon they are around £18. Soup is still hot at lunchtime and if you do things properly and heat the flask I with hot water first it'll be too hot. We use them for soup, noodles, one for rice and the other for chilli on days out. Sausages / bacon to make rolls at the beach if we go in the morning

I don't think you'll find a non-metal one if that's what you are after to stick in a microwave due to how thermos flasks work with the specific insulating properties of the materials.

Did you find ones that go in the microwave? That's useful. Do they have a inner bit that you heat up and it in the microwave and then put in the flask?

If it's the sistema soup pots ones they are great for the microwave but don't insulate.

Yes, there are some insulated ones, I've found one by Polar Gear - but there are mixed reviews on how long the food keeps hot for.
