So ordered an iPhone from sky mobile and it went a bit odd towards the end. So website says order before 9pm for next day delivery. I had it in my basket and was filling out my bank account details for the direct debit but it wouldn’t let me submit and then the page crashed.
went back in , started again and this time never got to the bank account/payment page. It just flashed up a message said thanks for your order. Had an email saying thanks for your order, but no specifics about what I’ve ordered or delivery. Plus I haven’t set up any sort of payment yet!
I’ve given notice to o2 so hope it comes in the next month! 😁
