How do I get myself back on track after a really stressful few weeks?

Long story short my dad has been very ill, Friday of last week the doctors told him that they expected his blood results to come back indicating cancer and to prepare for a hospital admission, the doctor on the way out advised him to "get his affairs in order", rushed him for a blood test on Tuesday of this week - low platelets had them assuming the worst.

Come Tuesday afternoon they call and say inexplicably his blood tests are fine, they've referred him for some investigative tests but he's had a clear body scan and today been for another test and so far, so good.

But my god has it knocked me out. I can't describe how tense we've all been for the last week or so, and now I'm just exhausted. I feel like I should be fine, but I'm unable to concentrate, very emotional and just exhausted. I have a masters and some professional exams to study for so don't really have the time to be burnt out! How the hell do I get myself back on track from this?

Sorry just to clarify (brain has apparently left the chat this afternoon 🤦🏼‍♀️) he's been ill for a few weeks but it culminated with Friday and his concerning blood results 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
