Where to stay in London ...

Please feel free to scroll on but am posting here for traffic as didn't get much uptake on the travel boards.

Me and a group of girlfriends are looking to stay in london for 2 nights for a 40th. We'll be a group of around 10 so would love to find an apart hotel or something like that so we could congregate. Maybe one big apartment and then smaller ones or something along those lines. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've found a few places myself but always good to have recommendations. Thanks so much

What are you planning on doing? Are you going clubbing? Sight seeing? Theatre? Pub crawl? Concert? Do you need to be in or near a particular area?

We don't really need to be near a particular area. We'll be coming in from Liverpool Street so could be somewhere round there but as long as it's fairly central that would be fine. Plan is to have a girls night in on the Friday and then brunch in Mayfair on the Saturday. I've stayed in townhouses before in other cities for hen dos or girls weekends and they've worked brilliantly but I don't think you can get that kind of property in London. I've found some really good rates on hotels but we wouldn't really be able to do the night in on the Friday if we stayed in a hotel so just thought I'd post on here to see if anyone had any gems. Thanks so much

Just to add I've looked in air bnb but would prefer to be able to speak to someone and a little wary after previous experiences

The Locke aparthotels might be worth looking at, they have a few different locations around the city. Or Tribe in Canary Wharf is a good option too. It's new, reasonably priced and easy to get anywhere in the city from there.

@FairAnemone thanks for the recs. I've tried Locke but they only had a live chat, no email address or phone number so I've messaged them on Insta. Will have a look at Tribe, Canary Wharf would be fine
