What's your sandwich of choice?

My dilemma today -
I fancy a cheese and pickle.
I have red leicester and extra mature cheddar.
Which one would you choose?
And grated or sliced?
(Tbe bread will be buttered if that makes any difference 😄)

Nothing beats a crisp sandwich… don’t need meat, cheese, any sort of chutney or pickle…..just ready salted crisps!

Oh but to answer the OP, my actual sandwich of choice is from a sandwich shop in town called Deliish, it's a toasted hog roast sandwich.

So roast pork, apple sauce, cheese and spring onions, thick cut white bread slathered in butter on the outside and toasted to gooey perfection served with a big chunk of pork crackling.

Omg that's bonkers - link please!😅
Does that really happen?

I haven't eaten yet 😮
Work was really busy and now it's almost dinner time, which I've not really thought about, so maybe cheese and pickle sandwiches for all? 🤔
Would that be an acceptable dinner in your household 😉

Of course haha ... acceptable for lunch, dinner or supper.
