had surgery 2 weeks ago was offered lactalose. I took the minimum dosage for days and nothing happened. On Saturday night I got desperate and took more than the minimum dosage. Come Sunday morning I had the worst diarrhoea and still do it will not go away it’s been 5 days of diarrhoea I’ve had to take an Imodium today as I need to leave the house with a new born. Is there anything I could do to help speed up recovery.
