Just that really-felt a little tingle of christmas cheer on a very wet and depressing september wednesday when I booked mine and I'm sure no one IRL wants to know!🎅

No, you pay when they've picked your items on delivery day.

But, the thing to put in the diary is that at Xmas they extend the "no changes or additions to your order" time to a couple of days instead of the night before.

Trying to decide whether to keep it as I get my meat from the butchers and may go to the farm shop for veggies although presumably I can cancel in the usual way albeit with more notice!

They always release the Christmas slots in waves. I've got a smartpass and had an email on Tuesday and booked it at 8am on Wednesday morning, there was still a full range of slots available. I use Instant Shop to add items I buy most weeks, and then edit it in December when I know what I actually need.

I was so excited for this having deliberately kept up my smart pass subscription for several months just for the Christmas privilege. I checked the slots pretty shortly after receiving the email and they're all gone. Not sure whether to remain optimistic for some more slots?!

My slot is still saying £9.99, I can't get exited about something that is going to cost nearly 10 quid to deliver and will probably cancel it, It said about a code for free delivery but they haven't given me one.

My code was in the email telling me the slots were being released.

My order is coming along nicely.

Thanks, No code in the email which says 'get jolly the slots are coming next week', probably because I'm a newish customer. I will probably just go with Waitrose instead.

I booked mine at 5pm the day they were released.

There’s really no need to stay up or wake up at 5am to book it 😂

I just checked my account and I think I haven't got a free delivery for Christmas as mine is a free trial of the smart pass rather than the anytime smart pass

Hi! Hoping some fellow Ocado shoppers can help. Anyone know when the post Christmas slots open up? We're having our family Christmas on the 29th this year and the Christmas slots are too early. I ideally want one on the 27th, but not sure when I can book that. Anyone know what the cadence for slot opening is at fhat time? Does it go back to normal? If so, how many days before is it? I typically panic shop the day before it's delivered and trying to get ahead this year 😅 thanks in advance!

The post xmas slots are already open. They are visible in the normal slots, not in the xmas slots - just go to the calendar tab. 27th is filling up quickly here... nothing available til 5.30pm... loads available for the weekend though.

Yes was just going to say the same. When you are on book slots click on the calendar and you can see.

I’m an anytime Smart Pass holder (have been for years) and have no voucher code yet, any idea when they were sent out?

I got mine in October.

@LittleBearPad thanks! Called them today and it was showing on my account at their end but I didn’t get the code, there was nothing on the email telling me that the slots were out, they gave it to me over the phone and it worked. 👍🏻
