Anyone got a household chores spreadsheet they would be willing to share to shame my DC into action?

My teenage DC seems to think they do everything around the house and I am being totally unfair asking them to do more chores (& should be more grateful for what they do) DH & I both work FT - DH manual job long hours, me flexible from home so lions share tends to fall on me. DC15 is at school mid GCSE so chores expectations are naturally lower than for DC18 who has recently finished school and job hunting.

I'm looking for a spreadsheet which lists all the jobs around the house so we can divide it up fairly (proportionate to free time?) and hopefully DC will see that actually neither do much at all but especially the oldest who needs to step up and contribute more now they're an adult but especially when not in work or education.

I'm pretty sure that there is at least one chore sharing app, as I know my DD has mentioned using one. This might be easier than a spreadsheet.

That would be great can't believe I didn't even think of apps as I'm sure there will be. Will go and see what google brings up
