Crochet fingerless gloves with sock yarn

I am looking for a pattern to crochet fingerless gloves (or wrist warmers with thumb) in sock yarn which requires 3mm size hook. Would someone kindly link me to a tutorial that used sock yarn to crochet gloves please?

Have you searched for a pattern on Ravelry?
If it isn't there, it can't be done

Good luck with your search

This. I would be gobsmacked if such a pattern doesn't exist on Ravelry...

Thank you so much both. You're totally right that there's a lot of suitable patterns in ravelry but I am ND and struggle to follow written instructions so was hoping for a tutorial. This pattern I have selected from your search looks like something I could do, it's just that the written instruction will be hard for me to follow. If they had the equivalent on youtube with someone going through it step by step I'd be able to do it. Sorry I wasn't clear, that's what I mean by tutorial.

Probably not is the answer !

Patterns have been in written for for hundreds of years, and it is only in very recent years that we can make a video tutorial.

You may do better to look for tutorials on each stitch used in the pattern. And then each technique eg for turning at the end of each row
And remember American and British crochet stitches do not share the same name

I knit and don't crochet but I used to write out a pattern in a way that made more sense to me, can you do this ?

I do my own versions by eye but one hand is always tighter than the other, and it annoys me no end. I shall now actually try using a pattern of the YouTube tutorial. Thank you!
