I'm currently applying for jobs (professional, well qualified but I'm going for interim/temp roles for personal reasons). Most now seem to require that you upload your CV and this then autofills an application form with your work and education history. But it ALWAYS fills it incorrectly (wrong dates, job titles etc etc). So I have to take ages to correct it, when I've already uploaded a perfectly decent CV. Recruiters/HR - do you look at the application form or the uploaded CV?? It just feels like such a waste of time!
