Threadworms and breastfeeding?!

Hey. Has anyone taken mebendazole for threadworms whilst breastfeeding? I have looked this up online and spoken to GP but I am looking for personal experiences please

I have I had 2 children in the house that needed to treated. All was fine this was 4 years ago now.

@Strawberrylatte thank you. I took it whilst pregnant as directed by obstetrics but now needing to take it again and the GP suggested not breast feeding while I take it. She then however changed her mind but it just made me anxious which sounds crazy as I took it while pregnant but it feels different now baby is here and he is very new! All the hormones won’t be helping the anxieties

I think I remember all was said to me that if the baby is doing well doesn’t have any health problems currently then your ok to take it.
