My purse was unfortunately pickpocketed over the weekend. My (Lloyd’s) bank cards were used immediately, I called them up as soon as I realised and all the cards were blocked and new ones have been issued.
i also had 2 monzo cards in that purse (one joint one current account). I immediately reported them as stolen and new cards were issued.
Tonight I was sitting watching telly and my monzo dinged and £30 had been spent on my monzo card!! How is this possible when I reported my card as stolen on Sunday. I have raised a dispute with monzo but obviously they’re an app only so have to wait for their response
