TWW and smear

Hi,

I'm booked in for my smear but it's fallen when I will be 2dpo. Should I still go? Will it impact anything?

It’s advised not to have sex for 1-2 days before a smear. Assuming you are trying to get pregnant, I’m assuming you’ll be having lots of sex that week. Me personally, I’d probably want to time it a bit better, but I recognise that if you are TTC and appointments are booked weeks in advance, it may be difficult to do that. In terms of conception, will be fine as egg still well up in the fallopian tube at that point.
