We’re looking to relocate to Bexhill because we need a house with a big garden to build an annexe for parents in, and we can get more for our money in Bexhill (plus we really like the town).
We ideally want to live in the Cooden/Little Common area, but have also seen some houses that have everything we need that are close to the seafront and Ravenside retail park.
My question, which I hope won’t offend, is ‘is this a ‘dodgy’ area of Bexhill? Is it best to avoid? We have lived for 18 years in a dodgy part of our current town, and I don’t want to repeat the same mistake. Thank you.
