Just that really.

I'm open to anything streaming on Netflix, Disney, Prime as well as the 5 main channels.

I'm open to TV binges or decent films.

I binged The Undeclared War on C4 last Sunday, and it was great. I missed it when it was released back in 2022.

Anything you'd recommend to me please?

I'm at work so envious! I would need more information about what you've seen & enjoyed in order to recommend something- you might have very different taste to me & I've not heard of the one you do mention.

I like wide and varied, so there's too many to list here. The undeclared war was an unexpected delight which I took a chance on.

Looking for anything to take a chance on tbh!

I'm sorry you're working 😭 Hopefully you'll clock off soon.

I am enjoying telly at the moment.

The Royal Scandal on Prime is good.

The Vogue thing on Disney is also very good.

jaimelesoleil · 22/09/2024 16:36

Watched the F1 and then the cycling world championships 😉

Started Deadloch on Prime on a recommendation. Bloody funny thriller. Excellent cast of strong women and after the first episode I defy you not to say "love you, bye" at every opportunity! 🤣

I’ve just started Apples never fall on BBC iplayer, really enjoying it so far!

www.tvguide.co.uk/schedule/5084bcb7-50c7-5745-a299-6007f16858f0/apples-never-fall

It’s based on a book by Liane Moriarty.

Gruffalosoulja · 22/09/2024 17:12

I meant the Prince Andrew thing!

StudioCreate · 22/09/2024 17:26

Man City Vs Arsenal followed by flicking between the end of the Hungarian Darts Championship and the snooker final. Perfect.

pizzaHeart · 22/09/2024 17:30

I think @Gruffalosoulja meant A very royal scandal on Prime about Prince Andrew’s interview to Newsnight.
We were watching it yesterday and it’s very good.
If you’re after pure relax I would recommend “Mallorca files” on Prime as well.

Makelikeatreeandleaf · 22/09/2024 17:30

I'm 20 mins into The Perfect Couple, not enchanted thus far but persevering.

PuppyMonkey · 22/09/2024 17:32

lol at OP going in for the Sherlock Holmes thing. Grin

AuntieMarys · 22/09/2024 17:33

Pachinko

Everybody’s watching that daft Nightsleeper thing on iplayer. Looks shit but in an enjoyable way.

imfae · 22/09/2024 20:26

I actually watched night sleeper and thought it was quite good . It was 6 episodes and each episode seemed to end on a dramatic turn so kept you wanting to watch the next episode . There were bits that were a bit difficult to suspend your belief, but on the whole was enjoyable .

If you are wanting something gentle rather than gritty I love watching All Creatures Great & Small on ch 5 . I think it has just started a series 4 - set in WW2 so there are more difficult storylines . Great acting . I think my5 is the catch up but not really used it . The Durrells also has a similar vibe and I think you can get it on netflix .

Slow horses on Apple is also great . You can sonetimes get free 1 month trials , if you don't already have it .

I meant the Prince Andrew thing!

I didn't know that! 🤣

The one I watched was a rather twee Sherlock Holmes TV movie. I enjoyed it, as I like SH.

I then watched Red White & Royal Blue, which was also good fun.

Time for bed now 😁
