Looking for inspiration! Lunch ideas for taking to work and when WFH. Anything other than wraps or sandwiches

Salads in the summer, just a base of leaves of some type and various veg in different combinations, with a homemade dressing and topped with either egg, tuna, chicken (usually cooked with some form of flavouring -garlic, lemon, herbs, paprika, tandoori etc) ham.

Soups in the winter- all homemade with various veg.

Sometimes I might make a fritata or if I'm at home I might have poached eggs with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. Occasionally I might heat up leftovers from the night before.

Basically lunch for me needs to be veg based and quick to pull together. (I batch cook soups and freeze).

Salads in summer. Quite a lot of ready meals, I’m afraid. It is difficult to come up with options that hit the right mix of tasty, healthy, quick to prepare and not ££££. I’ve reached the point where I just can’t eat boxed sandwiches any more. They’re always dull at best and unpleasantly soggy at worst, and I’d rather not bother.

On thing I’ve managed to invent that works is a quick “vegetable chilli”. Tin of mixed beans in chilli sauce (I think Aldi calls them taco beans), one chopped onion, bit of frozen sweetcorn, half a tin of tomatoes, and pepped up with a couple of teaspoons of chipotle paste. Soften the onion for a couple of minutes, then chuck everything else in and heat through. Ten minutes max.
