I want to buy nice food gift for mum that can be posted and won't be disappointing when it arrives. Does anyone have any good recommendations please?

Gower Cottage Brownies were well received. That was a couple of years ago. I haven’t used them more recently.

I’ve used Gower in the past, they were well received.

Honestly though, I’d pick up a pretty box or tin, line it with tissue and fill it with Lidl brownies. Best I’ve had in years and very good price. Pop a little handwritten note on top with a personal message and get it picked up from your house by Royal Mail, 24 hour guaranteed.

I recommend Bad Brownie too. Have sent them to my dd and her friends at uni a few times and they really like them.

Yes the Colin the Caterpillar brownies are the best I've ever had

I've sent several of these recently. Each recipient said they were 'amazing'. Not very well known and very small. They were recommended by a friend who lives in the area and loves their coffee shop.
