Music Players for Children

My DD would love her own personal music player. Ideally she wants one that looks like a phone (some of her friends have mobile phones or iPods). She has expressed that she feels left out.

Her dad and I aren't ready for her to have one of these yet, so wondered what else is out there. This discussion has been going on for the last year, we're adamant on her not having a phone/iPod as she will then have access to social media apps etc.

She only really wants to play music and books. She has Yoto Mini and has had a Tonie box, but she would like something that makes her feel more grown up. She is 9 years old. Any ideas?

Mighty player https://bemighty.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoqNvkoUZ89pFURBfJKzgzpyi_-mEdGPUXXxzSle2XcrYvM0RCdL

or get a Sony android walkman (Walkman still going strong! And you can install Spotify, or add a massive memory card) or something similar and use parental controls to limit apps like chrome. Then when she’s older you can allow access when you think she’s ready
