Follow your passion for animals and never work in any other environment.

Portolaurel · 21/09/2024 21:42

If things are not going well or how you'd envisaged, don't panic, it will pass. A moment in time is not your whole life, things will change.

ODFOx · 21/09/2024 21:47

You are right to be proud that she follows her heart and not the herd; but she's only 10. By the time she's a teen it will affect her mental health really badly and she won't be able to even try to fit in. Open your eyes. She's autistic. See her.
Once she has a diagnosis she can cut herself some slack and she'll get better.

Pyjamatimenow · 21/09/2024 21:48

Don’t become a teacher

Whistledown2 · 21/09/2024 21:50

Don't care about what people think of you.

blessedarethequichemakers · 21/09/2024 21:51

Stop trying to prove you can do what others do.

Tattletail · 21/09/2024 21:51

This is a bit superficial but - buy the clothes/shoes/bags

Cheeseycheeseycheesecheese · 21/09/2024 21:52

You might as well go to uni and train to be a teacher like you want to, you'll be a HLTA by your mid 30s and having the teacher qualification will give you more opportunities. The reason you choose not to fucks off and marries your best friend anyway

OttersAreMySpiritAnimal · 21/09/2024 21:55

Keep up the gym habit.
Keep control of your own money
Save, save, save!

hopefulnothelpful · 21/09/2024 21:56

Don’t take yourself too seriously

MaidOfSteel · 21/09/2024 21:56

Get the hell out of Bradford.

Which bit?

SkiingIsHeaven · 21/09/2024 21:57

Do not go up that ladder

Watto1 · 21/09/2024 21:57

Do some study for your A levels rather than expecting them to be handed to you on a plate.

Dont get involved with R. He’ll break your heart and shag your flatmate.

Go for that job on the other side of the world. You’ll kick yourself for ever if you don’t.

sandrapinchedmysandwich · 21/09/2024 21:57

You are enough. Like yourself more.

Enjoy your own company early in life and don't be ashamed of doing things alone because that is super empowering.

Buy somewhere of your own. Your own security is so so important

Put. The. Fork. Down

Goatblu · 21/09/2024 22:00

Just because you've always been able to eat what you want and stay slim, that might not be the case after 40 so adjust your intake accordingly.

It’s really true though. I was bright, had a good degree from a good uni. I could have done lots of things.

Can I rephrase that, you are bright, have a good degree from a good uni. You can do a lot of good things.

Gettingannoyednow · 21/09/2024 22:23

Just chill the fuck out. You're a maniac. Calm down.

thistimelastweek · 21/09/2024 22:26

Dustybrain · 21/09/2024 22:29

Be kind to yourself. Get a back bone..

protectthesmallones · 21/09/2024 22:46

Pay into a private pension as soon as you start earning.

Don't fall into the mindset that the mother should be primary caregiver and the father will support this. Even if he's earning well and wants this.

Always stay in work, even if it's part time. And pay the nursery bill from JOINT funds. The children are as much his as yours.

You never know what life will throw at you later.
