Sertraline / ADs and gut microbiome

I began sertraline about 6 months ago. I think it's helped me step back a bit. However, I'm concerned about studies that say it negatively affects the gut microbiome (and the potential long term implication of this.) posting on the off chance that a cleave person knows about this and can advice! Tia :-)

If you have concerns about your gut microbiome, consider a probiotic booster such as actimel or yakult.
Or boost the prebiotics in your diet with fermented foods, greens etc.
