Somewhere nearby it's having a loud karaoke party with a very loud speaker, in their garden (presumably). Some of the singing is very out of tune.
I can't see which house it is, though I know it's not any of the houses very close to us. Even if I hadn't safe asking them to turn it down, I don't know where is coming from.
I know it's only half 9, but it's at a volume which has woken one child (who we've now relocated to a quieter room) and the other can't sleep because of it. Even watching tv is difficult, and yes thats with windows and internal doors shut.
What are my next steps if they don't pack it in? It doesn't look like our council will do anything.
