What courier can I use to send to Cairo Egypt?

...or what could I order online from within Egypt to be delivered to Cairo. My brother is living out there for a few months and he has broken his hip, understandably he's feeling miserable and in pain.

I need to cheer him up ASAP as he's out there in his own. I have no idea how to send something over to him or the best way to do it.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

DHL provides a courier service to Egypt

Try Amazon based in Egypt. Have ordered a few things from them and they got delivered but was in Egypt at the time.
