Because I have too much time on my hands today, I've just sorted all my spices into roughly alphabetical order. I cook a lot, and I have around 50 spice jars. Can you guess which is the most common beginning letter? I cook a lot of Indian and Middle Eastern recipes. I do tend to collect unusual spices when I see them.
