Does anyone else get kept awake by these effing car ‘racers’?

I’m so sick of it, I feel like I live on a bloody race track. South West UK. Every night there at it speeding around the town and revving/popping bollocks

There was a boy in my town who used to drive around with what I called a farting exhaust, he did it deliberately, it was very loud. I mentioned it to the garage who maintain my car and they knew exactly who he was, they were out to stop him, so a few complaints to the police and I believe he was "visited" and decided to stop "farting". The irony was he worked for a garage that specialised in exhaust systems!

In France, they are bringing in noise cameras so people who do this can be fined. PLEASE!
